• Question: do you ever feel your gender holds you back in your job

      I’ve never come across any issues where my gender in a male dominated office has held me back. I’ve found that if you should yourself as easy going and able to take a job they will poke fun just as much as if I was male or I had more experience under my belt.

      This is a great question Maggie. This is something I was worried about before beginning my career but now I am in work I have never felt my gender is holding me back. I am the only female in my team but I am treated exactly the same as everybody else. I have been given the same opportunities to develop and the same chances for additional responsibility.
