• Question: How long did it take to train for an engineer?

      If you don’t include school it took me 4 years… but you could say that I am still training. I still learn new things every week at work some of my colleagues have over 30 years of experience so talking to them can sometimes be classed as training!

      I studied Engineering at University for 4 years and I now attend additional training courses through my work. As Mark mentioned, I am learning every day and I don’t think I will ever stop learning.

      To get to where I am now it took my 9 years, but just the first degree was 4. All of them were fun though!
