Depends on what you want to robot to do and the reason for programming it.If I’m writing a new program from scratch I will always try to script as much as possible in my notepad and add notes on changes I make as I go along. If I’m trying to figure out an error with the program and correcting it I can be on a cell from anywhere between an hour to 3 or 4 days. So far the longest time I’ve spent trying to resolve a programming issue with a particular metal part is roughly 20 hours of work over about 3 days.
