      Sometimes it can be, the factory where we make beans has to share a lot of machines with different prodcuts like soup so it has to be very versitile plus we need to make things very quickly! We produce 1 million cans a day so the planning and processes get very complex.

      This challange is really interesting though and requires engineers to design the factory so it works efficiently.

      At times it can be but that is why we do all the training! IT is challenging at times but enjoyable!
