This year I was in a team who worked on a brand new line. This means a new set of machines that work together to make a completely new product. It cost millions of pounds so attracted a lot of attention because if it didn’t work we would lose a lot of money.

We were successful and now every time I go to the supermarket I see the product we made on the shelf, it makes me feel really proud.

I worked on the launch of the new Jaguar XE. I was the process engineer for the Engine Dress line and responsible for getting the tooling and processes right and in the correct places. This was a really important car for the Jaguar brand. When released it got really great reviews and I was very proud to have been a part of it.
