      Sometimes I have to do experiments in the middle of the night and they can get cancelled at the last minute because we haven’t made enough beans that day… this is a bit annoying but cool because I can explore the factory in the middle of the night 🙂

      It is necessary, you have to fill in forms to make sure everything is safe and you have captured all the information you need to, but it gets in the way of doing research and getting in the lab!
