This is a really great question Lewis. When we are launching a new car it gets to a stage when we need to start building them down the production line. I am put under pressure doing this as every minute the line is stopped, for a problem with tools or because we are having trouble with a part, it is costing the company a lot of money. This is because every minute the line is stopped one less car has come off the end of the line. There is usually a manager or someone senior around making sure that we are not holding up production.

This might be a strange but..I do quite like the pressure. It makes me feel even prouder when we manage to get to the end of the build without any problems.

I hope this answers your question 🙂
