• Question: Do you sometimes feel like you can't do the job or you can't find a solution

      Never, there is always a solution, it sometimes isn’t the perfect solution, but the compromises are part of engineering.

      Sometimes this can happen and can be really frustrating, however, I work in a big team of engineers so when it does happen my workmates can offer advice.

      We all help each other out so if we do get stuck we can sit in a room together and talk about the problem and we will always come up with a solution.

      Asking for help is sometimes the best option and you will always learn from the process 🙂

      I do sometimes have problems that I can’t work out. As Mark has already said, this can be very frustrating. I am lucky to have a great team working with me so if I am ever struggling there are always friendly faces around to help me out. I am still learning every day so I ask lots and lots of questions!
