      I designed a new way of testing tomato sauce to make sure it is up to quality. This means if a chef makes cool new flavour, I can test it and say if it will work in our factory without having to do long experiments.

      This is important because when we do experiments no one can make any food and we can’t sell any products. This makes factory managers grumpy so anything that saves time helps!

      I wish i had an invention! I spend a lot of my time making biological systems work more efficiently so I don’t generally have to invent anything, although i do keep trying to invent new processes!
