      You only need to do well enough to get to the next step, so for me, i needed 5 A-C Gcses to get to sixth form, then 3 alevels at B grade and one of them had to be maths to go to universty

      The requirements for more practical engineering could be a little different if you didn’t want to go to university but as far as GCSEs go Michael is spot on!
