      I’ve got to travel a lot! Some of our factories aren’t in the UK so sometimes I have to fly to Europe and run experiments there!

      One day I hope to fly to California because that is where we grow the tomatoes for ketchup. There is a lot of engineering involved with growing so many tomatoes and I would love to see it!

      A lot of public engagement opportunities like this and doing science based stand-up, I get to travel by going to conferences and stuff.
