This is a great question.. I ask myself this quite a lot. I studied Chemical Engineering because I really liked Chemistry at school. By the time I finished University I had decided I didn’t really want to be a Chemical Engineer. Process Engineering is very similar to Chemical Engineering so I took the process lessons I had learnt and use them in my job now. This is one of the great things about Engineering, it can be used in many different ways.

I hope this answers your question!
